NPACE Exclusive Travel Hacks!
NPACE is pleased to offer discounted airfare through Delta and United Airlines for all 2026 in‑person conferences. Attendees can take advantage of special rates when booking travel to any NPACE event.
Take advantage of special conference travel savings with our partner rental car companies. Attendees can access discounted rental car rates through Avis, Budget, and Hertz by using the dedicated codes below when booking.
PRICING
Conference cancellation can be done through the registration platform originally used to register as much as 2 weeks prior to the event. There is a non-refundable, $75 administration fee for each registration that helps us cover software, banking, and personnel. Cancellation refunds will be minus this $75 fee.
Because conferences are recorded and registration numbers are used to order food, wifi, and AV. There will be no refunds for the event within 2 weeks of the event.

NPACE Speakers are experts in their fields and provide relevant and up-to-date information on key practice topics. Content is specific to Advanced Practice Providers with goals of improved patient outcomes, increased practice knowledge, and enhance professional skills.
