Join us for an empowering and informative experience at the NephCure Patient Summit and Youth Summit. This event is dedicated to all individuals, caregivers, families, advocates, and healthcare partners impacted by rare, protein-spilling kidney diseases.
Our goal is to provide education, support, and hope to those living with rare kidney disease (RKD). We invite you to connect, learn, and be inspired as we build memories in The Big Easy.
There is no virtual or hybrid option for this summit. NephCure remains committed to educating and connecting patients virtually, throughout the year.
Attendee Guest Policy: We value the safety, security, and enjoyment of all participants. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, including having accurate seating and food counts, we require all guests to register in advance.
Anyone who plans on attending any portion of the Summit must complete the registration process prior to arrival. All members of the group/guests must check in at the registration desk, where they will be issued a Summit badge. Unregistered guests will not be admitted in any meals, sessions, breaks, Exhibit Hall or activities. No exceptions will be made on the day of the event. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
Corporate Partnership: Industry attendance at NephCure in-person events is available exclusively through sponsorship. If you are interested in sponsoring the Patient Summit, please email Britta Dornan, Executive Director of Strategic Relations, at bdornan@nephcure.org.

We understand that plans can change. Please review our refund policy below:
Refund Eligibility:
Partial Refund: Cancellations made before May 1, 2026 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after May 1st.
Hotel Refunds: 100% of the hotel fee will be refunded if notified 4+ days before your arrival date. Any no show or late cancellation fees are the financial responsibility of the attendee.
Cancellation Process: To request a refund, please contact us at patientsummit@nephcure.org with your registration details and reason for cancellation.
All refund requests will be processed within 4 business days of receiving your request.
Note: Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method. Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your travel arrangements.
