Before you begin, please note the following:

Exhibitors reserving a booth after June 26th will not be included in the printed Exhibitor Directory due to printing deadlines. They will however, be included in the conference app directory.
Due to printing deadlines, the Guide to Exhibits print ad will not be included as a sponsorship benefit for reservations made after June 26th.
Booths are 10'D x 10'W.
The exhibit hall IS carpeted.
The Columbia Ballroom contains columns throughout. Some booths may be positioned against columns. Please note the column locations on the floor plan.
Due to ceiling height restrictions, hanging signs/banners cannot be accommodated for 2026.
Booth reservation fees DO NOT include any furnishings (e.g., custom carpet, tables, chairs, etc.)
Be sure to enable popups in your browser settings.
Online registration requires a valid e-mail address. Confirmation of your reservation will be sent via e-mail.

The NLN reserves the right to make changes to booth choices and the layout at their discretion.
The NLN welcomes payment by American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and VISA. Credit card payments are secure, and payment in full will be charged to your card when you reserve your booth and/or sponsorship.
You may also elect to pay by check, wire or EFT/ACH. You will receive an e-mail confirmation/invoice for the amount due, which must be paid in full (U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank) within 30 days of your booth or sponsorship reservation. Your e-mail confirmation includes instructions/details for payment. All payments must be received by August 27, 2026 regardless of reservation date. Reservations that remain unpaid after the deadline are subject to cancellation and may be made available to others.
Purchase orders are not accepted.
Written cancellations of booth space will be accepted through August 27, 2026 and refunds granted minus a $250 cancellation fee. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations received after August 27, 2026.
Sponsorship and advertising reservations are non-refundable.

All personal and financial information is submitted via a secure link (SSL) directly to the NLN Summit Registration & Exhibits Office and the registration site is Level 1 compliant to the PCI Data Security Standards (DSS).
