The evening will begin with an optional interactive masterclass at Singapore's first gin distillery, Brass Lion, followed by a cocktail reception and dinner at Maison Boulud.

Founded in 2015, Brass Lion Distillery is one of Singapore's pioneering craft gin distilleries, known for producing small-batch spirits inspired by the region's botanicals and flavours. Combining traditional distillation techniques with ingredients such as torch ginger, lemongrass, and citrus, Brass Lion has become a well-recognized name in Singapore's growing craft spirits scene.

Our evening begins with a guided tour of the distillery, where we will explore the craftsmanship and techniques behind Brass Lion's award-winning spirits. The experience continues with a hands-on cocktail masterclass, where we will learn to create Singapore's iconic Singapore Sling -- one of the nation's most celebrated cocktails.

Maison Boulud

Helmed by internationally renowned Chef Daniel Boulud, Maison Boulud blends the timeless elegance of French cuisine with the vibrant flavours of the region. Its thoughtfully curated menus showcase classic culinary techniques enhanced by fresh, seasonal ingredients, creating a refined yet approachable dining experience. Combined with its sophisticated setting and attentive service, the restaurant has become one of Singapore's premier culinary destinations.

Our evening concludes at Maison Boulud, where we will enjoy an exceptional dining experience that brings together outstanding cuisine, meaningful conversation, and the warm hospitality that defines Singapore.
