The AGM provides an important opportunity for members to reflect on the Society’s progress and key achievements for the financial year ended 30 June 2026, gain insights into our priorities and plans for 2027 and beyond, and participate in the election or re-election of up to five members to the Board of Directors
As a valued member of the Society, your participation and engagement are important in shaping our collective future. We encourage you to join us and be part of the discussions as we continue to strengthen our professional community and advance the Society’s mission.

Notice of 40th Annual General Meeting of CFA Society Singapore
- To confirm and adopt the Minutes of the 39th Annual General Meeting convened on 11 November 2025.
- To confirm and adopt the Annual Report and the Audited Financial Statements of the Society for the financial year ended 30 June 2026.
- To elect or re-elect up to five Board Members for a two-year term.
Following the close of nominations on 28 October 2026, four eligible nominations have been received for consideration at the 40th Annual General Meeting. - To appoint auditors of CFA Society Singapore for the financial year ending 30 June 2027 and until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting, at a remuneration to be agreed upon between the Board of Directors and the Auditors.
- To transact such other ordinary business as may be properly transacted at an ordinary general meeting.

Important Notes
1. Members who wish to receive the notice and meeting papers via ordinary mail should contact agm@cfasocietysingapore.org or call 6323-6679.
2. Nominees for Board Election shall be recommended by the Nominating Committee subject to the approval of the Board of Directors. Any Voting Member may submit additional written nominations (via attached prescribed Nomination Form) for the Board of Directors by meeting the following criteria:
a) the nominee is sponsored in writing by at least 20% of the total number of Voting Members or 50 Voting Members thereof, whichever is the lesser;
b) written consent from the nominee has been obtained; and
c) documents supporting both a) and b) are to be submitted to and received by the Secretary, c/o the Secretariat of CFA Society Singapore, at agm@cfasocietysingapore.org no later than 5:00 pm SGT on 28 October 2026, at least 14 days before the Annual General Meeting.
3. Voting members are entitled to vote on the resolution and election of Board Members via Proxy Form.
Completed proxy form to be submitted to and received by the Secretary, c/o the Secretariat of CFA Society Singapore, at agm@cfasocietysingapore.org no later than 5:00 pm SGT on 8 November 2026.
