About this Webinar 

Does this webinar qualify for Education Rewards Program points? 

Yes, to earn one (1) Education Rewards Program point for participating in this webinar, participants must either attend the live webinar or watch the on-demand recording for a minimum of 50 minutes. 

What information should I use when registering for this webinar?

Please enter your credit union/work email address, first name, last name, title and ABA/routing number when registering for this webinar. As a reminder, participants can only collect rewards under one email address, so we recommend using your credit union-issued email address.

Participate

Attend and participate in the webinars and events that we hold throughout the year (and encourage your colleagues to do the same)! We'll keep track of your points for you.

 

Earn Rewards

For every workshop, conference and/or webinar you attend, you'll earn points that will be attributed to you individually and to your credit union. At the end of 2026, we will tally up all the points you've earned.

Get Prizes

If your credit union ranks in the top 10 credit unions that participate, the institution will earn free registration(s) for a Vizo Financial workshop or conference. Individual rewards will be based on how many educational events/webinars you attend and the points you earn.

Rewards Rundown

The Points 

Live Webinars and On-Demand Webinar Recordings

  • Individuals will receive one (1) point for attending a qualifying live webinar or watching the session's on-demand recording.
  • Individuals must attend 60-minute webinars live or watch the on-demand recordings for a minimum of 50 minutes.
  • Individuals must attend 90-minute webinars live or watch the on-demand recordings for a minimum of 75 minutes.
  • Qualifying webinars and on-demand recordings will be identified in the description on the homepage of the webinar registration site and the on-demand recording. 

Virtual and In-Person Workshops

  • Individuals will receive three (3) points for attending an in-person or live virtual workshop.
  • Financial Strategies Workshop participation will only be counted once per calendar year, even if a participant attends multiple workshops.
  • Viewing on-demand recordings from virtual workshops do not qualify for points. 

Virtual and In-Person Conferences

  • Individuals will earn five (5) points for attending an in-person or live virtual conference.
  • Viewing on-demand recordings from virtual conferences do not qualify for points. 

The Prizes

Credit Union Level

Credit union rewards will be given to the top 10 ranking institutions. The top five credit unions will receive free registration for four people to attend one of our workshops or conferences, while credit unions in positions 6-10 will receive free registration for two people. NOTE: This reward is good for registration packages without an activity; travel and lodging are not covered and will still be the responsibility of the credit union.

Individual Level

Individual rewards will be based on how many educational events/webinars you attend and the points you earn. The more you attend, the more points you earn and, ultimately, the greater value your reward will be. There are socks, Yeti tumblers, speakers and more on the line, so be sure to earn those points!

The Perks 

Random Gift Card Drawing

For each event/webinar that you attend, you will be entered into a random drawing for a $100 gift card. One event equals one entry into the drawing, so the more events you attend, the more entries you get! Then, we will randomly select winners at the end of each quarter.

Program Rules

The Rules

  • This program is only open to residents of the United States (U.S.).
  • To participate in this program, individuals must be at least 18 years of age.
  • All participants must be an employee of a credit union.
  • Members, affiliates and clients of Vizo Financial Corporate Credit Union may participate in the program; however, Vizo Financial employees are not permitted to participate in the program.
  • Prize options are subject to change based on availability.
  • The awarding of points and rewards are at the discretion of Vizo Financial.
  • All qualifying educational sessions will be noted on the webinar/event/on-demand recording registration site.
  • All credit union employees who have participated in our educational offerings during the 2026 calendar year will be automatically enrolled in the program so that they can redeem rewards in 2027; individual-level rewards are redeemed separately from credit union-level rewards.
  • All credit union employees who have participated in our educational offerings during the 2026 calendar year will be automatically entered into the random gift card drawing. Participants earn one entry for each event they attend.
  • Gift card winners will be randomly selected on the first business day of the next quarter.
  • Credit union-level rewards will be given depending upon the ranking of the credit union on December 31 of the current year at 11:59 p.m. ET.
  • Credit union/work email address, first name, last name, title and ABA/routing number are required fields for tracking; be sure to include this information to properly earn rewards.
  • In order to collect points, credit union participants can only collect rewards under one email address (preferably the credit union-issued email address).
  • Once a participant registers for a qualifying webinar or event in 2026, the email address used to register for that educational offering will be associated with that participant’s education rewards program profile.
  • Vizo Financial cannot change a registrant’s name, email address or ABA number if entered incorrectly during the year to consolidate points, as only one email address is to be associated with every participant.
