Cancellations will incur a $100 administrative fee through Monday, September 14, 2026.

Requests after September 14 will not be eligible for a refund.

If a registrant finds they cannot attend the conference, a substitute attendee can be arranged for a $25 processing fee.  To replace your registration with a substitution, please modify your registration and select the Transfer Registration button. You will need the first name, last name and email address of the person replacing your registration. If the previous person has already been paid for, the payment will transfer to the new registration. You will not be able to transfer a cancelled registration.
