How do I attend the event as a Health Inspector / Regulator?

• Save the date: June 7-12, 2026
• Health Inspectors / Regulators: Use this template letter to request approval from your agency.
• Book your hotel room as soon as you can! 
• Review the Conference information website when it launches Winter 2025
• Plan your class agenda when the class schedule is released in January 2026
• Register online in January / February when attendee registration opens. 
• Provide a valid email address during registration - and make sure emails from info@safepiercing.org, caitlin@safepiercing.org (via Cvent) are going to your inbox
• Everyone that registers should receive an immediate confirmation email. 
  • If you don’t please contact us after checking your promotions & spam folders. 
• Check your email for regular information from us in the months leading up to the event. 
• Make any last minute changes to your registration before it closes midnight PST May 22, 2026
  • You can make class choice changes after May 22nd.
  • You cannot buy party tickets after May 22nd. 
  • You cannot buy an Expo Pass after May 22nd. 
  • You cannot do a new registration after May 22nd. 
  • You cannot change your registration admission item (2 or 5 class pass or Full Conference) after May 22nd. 

How do I attend the event as an Exhibitor?

  • June 9-12, 2026 Expo Floor Open
• Book your hotel room as soon as you can! 
• Review the Conference information website - in particular those pages under the Exhibitors tab when it launches Winter 2025.
• If you are new to our show - read the “New Exhibitors Manual”
• Register online in late January / early February when exhibitor registration opens - if you are a returning exhibitor. For exhibitors who weren’t registered for the 2025 Expo - you will register when Attendee registration opens. 
• Download the Exhibitor Calendar so you have Exhibitor related deadlines 
• Provide a good email address during registration - and make sure emails from. info@safepiercing.org, caitlin@safepiercing.org (via Cvent) are going to your in-box
• Everyone that registers should receive an immediate confirmation email. 
  • If you don’t please contact us after checking your promotions & spam folders. 
• Check your email for regular information from us in the months leading up to the event. 
• Fill out your profile information and register your workers through the Exhibitor Management Module [Launches after the floor is laid out - week of March 24].

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Attendee Cancellation Policy  

If the APP has to cancel the Conference in 2026 all Attendees/Exhibitors will be offered a full refund.

Otherwise the following cancellation policy stands:

Prior to April 25, 2026 the APP will refund 50% of Attendee Registration fees if the Attendee cancels.

On April 25, 2026 or later the attendee will receive no refund. Please plan accordingly.

If your cancellation is due to emergent and unforeseen circumstances which resulted in a financial hardship - we will consider alternative arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

Exhibitor Cancellation Policy

If the APP has to cancel the Conference in 2026 all Attendees/Exhibitors will be offered a full refund.

Otherwise the following cancellation policy stands:

If an Exhibitor cancels before April 1, 2026, the APP will refund 50% of the contracted space.

From April 1 , 2026 or after, the exhibitor receives no refund. 

CONFERENCE FEE DISCOUNTS

• APP Members: $50 off Full Conference Pass 
  • Must be a member in good-standing
  • Associate/Business Members/Business at Large only
  • Does not apply to members of sister organizations. 
• International Attendees: $100 off Full Conference Pass
• Discounts not available on 5 & 2 Class Passes.
• Health Inspectors & Regulators receive a free Full Conference pass but must book into our host hotel.  
• No Discount Code needed for these discounts to be applied.

OPENING PARTY TICKETS

Early entry: 

• $40 per ticket 
• Allowed in at 7:45
• Food served 8:00-9:00 pm
• Snacks provided with vegan options

Late Entry: 

• $20 per ticket
• Allowed in at 9:15 pm
• No food expected

$225 - Cabana rental - first come first served. Location assigned by the APP. VIP cabanas are reserved for sponsors.  All Cabanas are totally new! 

For Children over the age of 5 - $20 Parent/guardian will need to add a child's ticket to their registration. by the APP.

APP AWARDS & ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

Join us in celebrating & acknowledging award recipients and others! No fee, ticket, or advanced registration required.

CLOSING PARTY TICKETS

This high energy dance party is a great way to celebrate the upcoming end to Conference. $15 per person. Wristband must be picked up in advance of the party. 

REGISTRATION DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED

• Attendees may be required to submit proof of buyer qualifications in order to register. 
• A buyer is anyone who works in/owns a studio or store in which there are retail sales of body jewelry.
• APP Members and those Attendees who have submitted in the last 5 years will not need to submit this documentation.
• Regulators & Health Inspectors are asked to submit their credentials during registration.

ATTENDEES HAVE 4 OPTIONS WHEN REGISTERING

Full Conference $500.00 Early / $750 Late (after April 24, 2026)

Full Conference passes are free to Health Inspectors / Regulators with host hotel stay

Includes:

• Your choice of classes for all five (5) days* 
• Expo Floor access all four (4) days; no additional charge
• Free access to the APP Awards & Acknowledgements
• Access to other free offerings such as ATTB (alternative to the bar) sessions

Optional Add-on (not included):

Expo Only Pass $200 Early / $300 Late (after April 24, 2026)

For manufacturers not exhibiting, Expo Only pass rate: $1000

This pass grants access to the Expo for all 4 days. No classes or party tickets are included with this pass. Expo Only pass holders are required to provide industry affiliation documentation during registration. See the Conference Policies page for details. 

Expo Only Pass Holders also have free access to the APP Awards & Acknowledgements.

5 Class Pass $300.00 Early / $400 Late (after April 24, 2026)

Includes:

• Any five (5) classes during the week*

Optional Add-Ons (not included):

EXHIBITOR / BOOTH FEES

Each 10 x 10 booth is $900

The number of booths an Exhibitor is allowed to book is based on whether they sponsor or not and at what level of sponsorship. 

$150 for Exhibitor Authors' table

The APP allows authors who are selling their books discounted pricing. Location may or may not be on the Expo Floor.  Location is at the APP's discretion. 

Exhibitor registration will close at midnight PST on April 24, 2026. Exhibitors can register booth workers, purchase party tickets, and Buyer Expo Passes until midnight PST May 22nd, 2026. Exhibitors can substitute badges for last minute changes on site but cannot register new/additional workers.

For Non Exhibiting Vendors

Available for Exhibitors who are unable to attend but want to have a presence at the Conference. 

$100 Take-One Table

• Must pay for own shipping / receiving through designated Exhibitor Services company. 
• APP Volunteers will manage materials onsite - keeping materials stocked and organized. 
• Take-One Table will not be on the Expo Floor but in a high traffic area. 

$500-$50,000 

Sponsorships of varying amounts with a variety of benefits are available to non-exhibiting companies.
