HOTEL FEES AND INFORMATION
Planet Hollywood is our host hotel, and the APP reserves a block of rooms for attendees of the Conference. When making your reservation, request the special rates for The Association of Professional Piercers. By booking in the APP room block you are supporting our event. The APP is able to expand its budgets for Conference instructors, perks, and events when the room block is filled. Staying in the host hotel fosters a bigger sense of community at the event and keeps you close to your “home base” for the week!
A processing fee per reservation will be incurred if you choose not to use the dedicated weblink. You can call the Reservation Center at 702-785-5555 or 866-919-7472 to secure a reservation.

Additional persons will be charged at a rate of $30.00 per person, per night, with a maximum of four (4) persons per guest room.
PLEASE NOTE: The APP contracts hotel rooms directly with Planet Hollywood. If any agency/company contacts you stating they manage the APP room block, in any way, this is not valid. In order to secure your room in the block, you must contact Planet Hollywood directly either online, through our dedicated link, or by calling the hotel directly. If you book with any other agency/company, your booking is at risk.
REGULAR ROOM BLOCK RATES
$150 Sunday - Thursday Nights
$210 Friday / Saturday Nights
Attendees will have to pay a mandatory daily resort fee (at a reduced rate) and tax; $25.00 per day plus tax. Currently this rate is $54.95 outside of the block.
Please note that special requests such as connecting or adjoining rooms, room location, king or two queens bed type, etc. are subject to availability at the time of check-in. All rooms are non-smoking at Planet Hollywood.
Rates are net, non-commissionable and will be subject to Clark County Room Tax (~13.5%).

HOTEL POLICIES
APP attendees will be making reservations directly with Planet Hollywood Hotel. Attendees may call Planet Hollywood on or before the cut-off date. Individuals must identify themselves as part of the Association of Professional Piercers to receive the special Group rate. All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit for the first night's guest room and tax charge. If reservation is guaranteed to a credit card, the first night's guest room and tax charge, per guestroom, will be billed immediately to the cardholder's account.
Group rate is guaranteed until May 17, 2026 or until the number of rooms for any selected night are sold out. There’s been times we sold out the block early - so book early to get the guaranteed rates & discounted resort fee.
For guests that prefer to phone in their reservations, you may call the Reservation Center at 702-785-5555 or 866-919-7472 to secure a reservation on our group block. However, you should be aware that a processing fee per reservation will be incurred if you choose not to use our dedicated weblink. The name of the group is listed as Association of Professional Piercers 2026. Callers may also use our group code to identify the group, SMAPP6.
Planet Hollywood Hotel allows individual cancellations without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the attendee’s scheduled arrival date. Hotel shall charge the individual attendee one (1) night’s guaranteed guestroom rate plus tax for cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure of the individual to check-in on the scheduled arrival date. Any remaining nights of a “no-show” reservation will be canceled.
It is policy to require a credit card or debit card deposit upon check in for incidental charges. Current policy at PH is $50 a night, credit / debit card only. Policy subject to change. Holds on this deposit amount can last 5-10 days post stay and vary bank to bank. The APP has negotiated this hold to be $100 for your stay in total.
Hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Diners Club.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to the full day charge.
Each guestroom must have at least one registered guest twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
