CONFERENCE SCHEDULE & CLASS AGENDA

Below is the comprehensive Conference schedule – complete with the entire list of offerings, as well as some helpful notes!

READY TO REGISTER?

Registration will not open until sometime in February.

If you are new to the Conference please read the Conference Basics page.

All Attendees who plan on taking classes should review the class listing with descriptions below these text sections.

Plan out your class selection BEFORE you start the registration process!  Want to see the complete schedule layout? Use the button immediately below.

Registration Type

When registering for Conference, you may not see the whole list of offerings. Depending on your registration type, you will only be shown sessions you are eligible to attend.

The system will also limit you based on the following:

  • Only APP Members will see Members Only classes.
  • 2 & 5 Class Pass holders will be limited to 2 and 5 classes. These limits do not apply to meetings and walk-in sessions.
  • The system will prevent registration for two sessions which meet at the same time.

 Plan your Schedule

We strongly suggest that you plan out your schedule PRIOR to beginning to register. There's a lot to get through and the system will time you out if you don't proceed in a timely way.

Want to see the entire schedule laid out? Please feel free to download it here.

Making changes to your registration

  • After you register you can return to your registration by using the MODIFY link in your confirmation email or by using the ALREADY REGISTERED link on the home page of the Conference website (you will need your confirmation # to proceed).
  • You are able to change your classes at any point. Some classes will fill - if you leave a class which is full and change your mind you may lose your spot.
  • You are able to change your party tickets until May 22, 2026.
  • You can add an Expo Pass to a 2 or 5 class registration until May 22, 2026
  • If you want to change your Admission Item (2 class, 5 class, Expo Only pass, or Full Conference) you will need to contact the office.
  • You can change your personal information by returning to the contact information page - but if you need to change your email address you will need to contact the office.

Waitlists

Our classes are assigned to specific classrooms and therefore have a capacity (seat number) which is allowed. Sometimes a class session will be able to be moved to a larger room, if it starts to fill. Sometimes it can’t be moved. Once a class is full, a digital waitlist will be opened.

Digital Waitlist in Registration System

If you sign up for the waitlist for a class while registering, and a seat becomes available, the registration system will send an email to you. You will then have 2 days before the system sends an email to the next person. At that point it’s the first one who registers, who will get the spot. If you choose to be on a waitlist - you should monitor your email carefully, checking your spam folder as well.

Once registration closes on May 22nd - the digital waitlists in the registration system will no longer be used.

Waitlists Onsite in Vegas

If you are a Full Conference Pass holder and wish to take a class you are not yet registered for, you can go to the class and wait to see if the class is full. Historically there’s a really good chance that you will be allowed into the class due to the number of people who register for a class but do not attend. This “register at the door” policy only applies to Full Conference Pass holders. It does not apply to 5 & 2 class pass holders.

I am registering late and it appears as if a lot of the classes are full - should I even bother attending? If you plan on getting a Full Conference Pass there’s a good chance, but no guarantee, you will be able to get into classes at the door. If you really want a class - show up early and get in the waitlist line. If you are getting a 5 or 2 class pass - you will not be able to register at the door, you should probably register for a different class.

Party Registration

The Opening & Closing Parties require registration (a ticket) and a fee. They are listed in the sessions (class selection) section of the registration process so that it appears on your schedule.

Want to bring a non-attendee friend to either/both  party? They need to register themselves as a guest and pay for a ticket.

Want to bring your child to the Opening Party? You can add a 5 - 17 yr.old ticket to your own registration. Under 5 yrs. - no registration needed. Over 17 - they need to register as a guest.

Closing Party does not require a ticket for a minor child.

APP Awards & Acknowledgements is a non-ticketed/no-fee event this year! If you want it to appear on your schedule you can select it when you register, but you can also show up at the door to attend.

More details can be found on the Event Information page!

Plan for meal breaks

No non-catered food / beverage is allowed in the Conference area (including the Mezzanine). Even if purchased in the hotel, food / beverages are not allowed. This rule is governed by two unions in all hotels/casinos in Las Vegas.

Due to the restrictive nature of the Food and Beverage policies, the APP suggests all participants do the following:

  •  Keep quick to eat snacks in your hotel room. Rooms at Planet Hollywood are just a short elevator ride away from the Conference area.
  •  Eat a good first meal of the day prior to coming to the Conference area.
  •  Plan your schedule to allow time to eat in the middle of the day.
  •  Plan your schedule to eat an evening meal - especially if drinking alcohol.
