Arrival & Departure Overview
- Check In: Please plan to arrive to DeGarmo Hall at least 15 minutes before your scheduled competition to check-in.
- Check Out: No need to check out, you can leave whenever you are done with your competition!
- Help Desk: There will be a support desk where students or teachers can go if they need any assistance throughout the day.

- 9:30 AM Latest Check-In: The first session for the conference starts at 9:30AM, so be sure to arrive and check-in by 9:15AM.
- 8:00 AM Earliest Check-In: Registration starts as early as 8:30AM. Registration will close at 10:00AM.
- 2:00PM Departure: The conference will end this year at 2:00PM for everyone.

Parking Map & Location Information
Loading/Unloading Area: Noted in red below. Please drop off and pick up students along University Street in front of the Bone Student Center. Do not pull into the circle drive, depart/enter as quickly as possible.
Bus Parking: Buses may leave campus and return to pick-up students, or they may park in the area indicated in yellow below at 709 N. Main St. in the S103 Parking Lot. Buses choosing to stay on campus must park in the area indicated in yellow, no exceptions.
Cars/Vans: Park in the ISU Student Center Visitor Parking Lot located directly north of the bone student center at 401 W. Locust St. Normal, IL. Overhead clearance for the lot is 12' 9''.
