The IAAO Annual Conference is the premier platform to share successes, discover best practices and learn from expert colleagues the latest research in the field of property appraisal and the 2026 Annual Conference will take place Oct. 13-16 at the Telus Convention Centre in Calgary, Canada.

Hotel Reservations

IAAO has booked rooms at four hotels near the TELUS Convention Centre at the following rates (shown in Canadian dollars

  • Calgary Marriott Downtown Hotel – $269 CAD - SOLD OUT
  • Hyatt Regency Calgary – $249 CAD - SOLD OUT
  • Fairmont Palliser – $299 CAD - SOLD OUT
  • Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Calgary Downtown (239 12th Avenue SW) – $220 CAD - SOLD OUT
  • Hotel Arts, located at 119 12th Avenue SW, Calgary.  Room rate is $215 CAD. The hotel is a ten-minute walk from the TELUS Convention Centre. Morning and afternoon transportation will be available between the hotel and the convention center
