This category recognises an outstanding team that has demonstrated the power of collaboration, achieving exceptional results through teamwork, shared goals, and collective effort over the past 12 months.
The award celebrates teams that can provide real examples of how working together has contributed to their success, whether through delivering key projects, overcoming challenges, improving performance, or creating a positive impact within their organisation. This category is particularly suited to teams whose achievements are best recognised collectively rather than through an individual award. Judges will be looking for evidence of teamwork, collaboration, innovation, and the measurable impact the team has had on its organisation.
There is no maximum team size. To be eligible, at least 75% of team members must be aged 39 or under on 26 October 2026.
Entries may be submitted by a team member or on behalf of the team.
