This event consists of four virtual sessions over several weeks, and then culminates in-person with an optional, but essential, interactive workshop on June 11, 2026 at the 2026 Annual Conference in San Francisco, CA.
Registration options range from one session to all four. If 3 or more of your governance and leadership staff and/or board members are interested in attending, we recommend our new Organization rate. This provides unlimited registrations specifically for your governance and leadership team. More information about this new rate can be found below.
Your registration includes access to the live virtual session(s), the session recording(s), and any relevant resources and materials. Visit our Policies page for more details regarding your registration.
In order to receive member pricing, you must have an active APGA Member Account either through your organization or your own individual membership. You must use the email address associated with your APGA Member Account for the Member discount to be automatically applied during registration. If you have any questions regarding your membership status, or registration questions in general, contact us at info@publicgardens.org.
Lastly, please be advised that a separate registration is required for the optional in-person workshop and will be available late February on our 2026 Annual Conference website.

All prices are in USD as APGA is registered in Delaware, USA; therefore, all operations are conducted in USD. All registration rates are non-refundable except on a case by case basis. Please refer to our Policies page for more information on pricing including refunds, cancellations, and transfers.
How does the Organization Rate work?
An Organization registration grants free access to the Full Series (including the in-person workshop) for all of your governance and leadership team! Please note that this only applies to those with roles and titles related to governance and executive leadership, not the overall staff, and is not refundable.
Following registration, you will receive a discount code in your confirmation email.
To ensure all of your staff and board members can register and access the content and live sessions, please follow these instructions:
1. Share the Discount Code: It is your responsibility to share the unique Organization Discount Code with the staff and board at your organization.
2. Individual Registration Required: Each staff and/or board member must register themselves as an individual attendee. This is essential so that they can receive all communications and gain access to the Attendee Hub website and content.
3. Apply the Code: During the registration process, staff and board members should enter the Organization Discount Code instead of providing payment information.
