Zoom - Post-Permanency Units of Service (US) Meeting

A SWAN Units of Service meeting for Post-permanency services will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 

This meeting will focus on reviewing the updated draft to the Case Advocacy Supportive Service Monthly Report and reviewing samples of reports completed in the updated format. 

The meeting is open to all Post-permanency staff with a particular focus on agency leadership responsible for overseeing Post-permanency service delivery.
