SINGLE PACKAGE
$600 TOTAL COST

This package is for 1 person in a standard room.
ROOMMATE PACKAGE
$400 PER PERSON
Partial Payment Allowed(Queen/Queen Room)
This is a shared room package. Each individual registers and then pairs together as roommates.
Partial payments accepted on this package only. A minimum of $200 is due at registration, remaining balance due by October 23 at 5:00 PM ET.
ALL-IN-ONE PACKAGE
$800 TOTAL COST

This package allows one purchaser to register two participants.
IMPORTANT CONFERENCE PACKAGE DETAILS
Full payment is due at time of registration.
Every attendee must register online, whether or not you share a room.
Offsite housing is not permitted. You must purchase a package.
Airfare and other travel expenses are not included.
Conference fees include the following:

CANCELLATION POLICY
TRANSFER OPTIONS
If you register and later need to cancel:
Event is non-refundable
You may cancel but will not receive a refund
Instead of cancelling you may:
Transfer your package to a new individual
There is no cost to transfer when completed prior to 9/15
Beginning on 9/15 a $50 name change/transfer fee applies
*If transfer occurs after 9/15 - new registrant will not receive recognition
ROOMMATE DETAILS
Double Occupancy Room Share Roommates:
During registration, you may select your roommate if they are already registered. If your roommate has not yet registered, add your name to the roommate list within the hotel section of registration. Once they register, they should select your name from the list to complete the pairing.
Roommates must be registered AND paired together by October 23, 2026 - 5:00 PM, ET. If you're unpaired past this date and time, you will be converted to a single occupancy package.
A $200 upgrade fee will be charged to your card on file.
