Key Deadlines/Changes/Cancellation Information

• February 1 - The Room Block is officially closed. If you are registering for the first time after this date, housing is not guaranteed, and you will be responsible for booking your own accommodations.

•  February 20 – March 2: If you need to modify your registration that was submitted by the closing date of Tuesday, February 20, please locate your registration confirmation email and click on the "View or Modify your registration" link.

• The week of Monday, March 10 – Your hotel confirmation number will be emailed to you this week from housing@derse.com. From this date forward, all changes for hotel reservations must be made by the attendee directly with the hotel.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT LAST MINUTE CHANGES AND/OR CANCELATIONS MAY RESULT IN PENALTY FEES noted above which will be charged back to your credit card post show.
