If you would like to register an attendee for the 2026 NASWA SUMMIT and/or a guest to attend the Welcome Reception and/or Evening Event, please click the "Add Attendee or Guest" button on the "Registration Summary" page within the registration, then select the applicable registration type.

(NOTE: Admission to the Welcome Reception and the Evening Event are included with a SUMMIT registration.)

Registration Deadline: August 24, 2026 5:00 PM ET, or earlier, if capacity is reached.

Registration may close earlier than August 24, 2026 if capacity is reached. 

PAYMENTS

Payment may be made via credit card, check, or ACH Transaction for members.

Payment may be made via credit card for government partners and non-members.

  • If you received a complimentary registration code, please enter it in the "Discount Code" field on the "Confirm Details and Submit Payment" page within the registration.
  • If you need to change your method of payment at any time, please email NASWA-Meetings@naswa.org and identify the meeting you are attending. 

If paying via credit card,

If paying via check,

  • Please make checks payable to the National Association of State Workforce Agencies and send to the address below:

  • When sending the check, attach the invoice or include the confirmation number and event you are attending on the check.

CANCELATIONS & REFUNDS

For members, there is no penalty to cancel, no matter when you do so.

For government partners and non-members, a $50.00 processing fee will apply to cancelation requests received on or prior to August 24, 2026.

NO REFUNDS will be made for cancelations received after August 24, 2026.

Unable to attend? Consider transferring your registration to an individual that is not currently registered. Attendees who are unable to attend may transfer their registration to a new attendee within their organization without penalty.

Registrations CANNOT be transferred to individuals who are already currently registered.

NOTE: If you need to cancel your event registration, please remember to cancel your hotel and travel accommodations as well. NASWA  is not responsible for hotel no-show fees or any travel or lodging expenses you might incur.
