• Upon confirmation of your registration, a private booking link for the host hotel’s group block will be sent to you via email. It is your responsibility to secure your hotel accommodations. The group room block is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is expected to sell out quickly.

👥Delegate vs. Guest

 👥Who Is a Delegate?

A Delegate is someone employed by a tire industry-related company.

Delegate registration includes:

• Access to all general sessions
• Breakout sessions
• Meal functions (three Breakfast & Conversation, Kick-Off Gathering, Mix & Mingle, Networking Social, Cocktails & Portraits, and Tires & Tunes)
• Conference app
• Printed attendee directory

Leisure activities available at an additional cost.

👥 Who Is a Guest?

A Guest is the spouse or partner of a registered Delegate.

Guest registration includes:

• Meal functions only (three Breakfast & Conversation, Kick-Off Gathering, Mix & Mingle, Networking Social, Cocktails & Portraits, and Tires & Tunes)

Leisure activities available at an additional cost.

Guests are NOT permitted to reserve accommodations in the group hotel room block. Guests do not have access to sessions, the app, or attendee materials. Guests must be registered to attend any meal or leisure activity. No exceptions.

🧾Member vs. Non-Member

✅ Who Is a Member?

A Member is a Delegate whose employer maintains an active annual TIA membership. To receive the member rate, your company must be current for the 2025–2026 membership year (May 31, 2025 – June 30, 2026).

Registrations under a lapsed membership will be reclassified as non-member, and the fee will be adjusted accordingly.

A Non-Member is a Delegate whose employer does not maintain an active TIA membership.
