The Conference Hotel
HOTEL UPDATE: The JW Marriott Starr Pass is currently sold out on the peak conference nights, and overflow blocks of rooms at downtown hotels are available. Please read the Hotel update in the AGM Update Center for details on various options. There will be cancellations that free up space at the conference hotel, but the number of people looking for rooms is greater than the anticipated turnover. If you do not have a room for the peak nights (Thursday, Friday, Saturday), it is recommended that you look into the overflow options now.
For those that already have reservations at the JW Marriott and wish to add non-peak nights, availability fluctuates but has been generally available recently. Use the button below to check status. No codes are needed; choose "Attendee" to get started or "Modify Existing Reservation."
A Roomshare List is available, where those wanting to share a hotel room can post their information and connect with others. For privacy reasons, the link to the list has been emailed to registrants in the monthly AGM update emails, and is available upon request.
Alternatively, you can reach Marriott's central reservations at 888-527-8989. Ask for the JASNA 2026/Jane Austen Society of North America room block at the JW Marriott Starr Pass.

JASNA does not book individual rooms for attendees or work with any third-party reservation services. Any communication from anyone offering to book your AGM room for you should be regarded as fraudulent.
Five mountain ranges surround Tucson, framing spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Clear skies invite star-gazing.
Our host hotel, the JW Marriott Starr Pass, is a luxury-level hotel with laid-back style, which makes the most of its serene setting. Sliding doors in every guest room provide fresh air, with views of the saguaro-studded hillsides of Tucson Mountain Park or sparkling city lights.
The meeting space was renovated in 2025 and guest room renovations were completed this year, so that JASNA members will enjoy freshly decorated facilities during the AGM.
Room Block Dates

* Dates shown in blue (Oct. 27, 28 and Nov. 2) are within the room block, but those taking tours on these dates will have first-priority access to reservations for those days.
