WHO SHOULD BE NOMINATED
Candidates will be accepted based on their current technical knowledge and communication skills. Attributes required for selection into the program include:
- Knowledgeable in HVAC/R
- Customer service excellence
- Leadership qualities
- Problem solver
- Minimum of 3 years industry experience
PREREQUISITES
- Successful completion of Wholesale Level 1 & 2
CERTIFICATION
- An exam grade of 75% or higher must be achieved to receive certification
Registration fee of $1,000 USD will be billed directly to your company upon acceptance to the program.
