Charitable Gift Planners has been made aware of a service provider calling themselves Business Travel Bureau (BTB) from the phone number 332-226-3997 (and variations of this number) who are contacting individuals to offer hotel reservation services to our exhibitors and attendees. CGP does not contract with any service provider to book rooms or any services at the conference hotel. Please note that these companies do not represent the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners or the Marriott Hotel.
If you are contacted by any 3rd party provider by phone or email offering hotel reservation services, please proceed with extreme caution. They may offer a pre-paid hotel reservation service, charge booking fees, impose stringent cancellation policies and may even fail to reserve a room after processing credit card payments.

New Orleans Marriott is the center of the conference action. New Orleans Marriott is offering CGP Conference Attendees an exclusive rate until September 21 (or until sold out).
CGP Conference Rate: $265 (plus applicable taxes)
Based on availability, a group rate will be offered three days before and three days following the conference dates.
