As procurement and supply chain priorities continue to change, the Greater Houston Partnership is bringing together business leaders for a strategic conversation on our evolving procurement workstream - what’s changing, what remains important and what’s ahead.

Building on this year’s focus on small business engagement and capability-building through initiatives like the Houston Business Exchange and AI learning series, this CPO Convening will explore emerging priorities, changing supplier expectations, technology and AI, and the evolving role of supplier diversity and inclusive procurement. Our listening-focused discussion will provide an opportunity for members to share how their organizations are approaching these issues and where they see the greatest opportunities and challenges.
