COURSE DESCRIPTION

HYPACK® is partnering with Northwestern Michigan College to hold an interactive classroom & in-the-field Multibeam & LiDAR Training Course, to include on-the-water time!

Topics will include:

  • HYPACK Overview
  • Multibeam & LiDAR Overview
  • HYPACK & HYSWEEP Survey
  • Hands-On Static Offset Measurement Exercise
  • Multibeam & LiDAR Patch Testing & Calibration
  • MBES/LiDAR Data Processing in MBMAX64
  • Data Troubleshooting
  • Final Products & Utilities

Training logistics and additional information will be sent prior to the start date.

Mon 6/8:  1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Tue 6/9 - Thu 6/11:  8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Fri 6/12:  8:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Note abbreviated sessions on Monday and Friday to accomodate travel. Approximate times are listed for planning purposes only and are subject to change.
