The Beckwith Seminar will be held at the Opal Sands Resort in Clearwater Beach, Florida.

It’s also conveniently located one mile from its sister property, the Sandpearl Resort, where the Beckwith Seminar was held for over a decade.

Special Beckwith Electric Room Rate
- Room Rate: $249.00
- Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes. Our room block is $249 per night plus a State Tax of 7% ($17.43) and Occupancy Tax of 6% ($14.94) for a total of $281.37 per night.
- Rate is for Arrival on Sunday, July 26, 2026, and Departure through Friday, July 31, 2026, subject to availability.
- All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. Full room, tax and resort fee deposit is due 7 days prior to arrival.
- The discounted room rate INCLUDES resort fees, normally $35. Includes: In-room bottled water, Hi-Speed wireless internet, in-room Keurig coffee, bathrobes, guest pantry on every floor featuring snacks, pre-bagged ice, and additional bottled water, pool towel service at the resort pool, Fitness Center, bicycles (2) per day.

Based on availability, the Beckwith Electric discounted room rate is in effect until Thursday, June 25, 2026, 5:00 PM ET, or until the room block is full, whichever occurs first. Reservation requests received after the deadline or if the room block becomes full will be confirmed on a rate and space available basis with the hotel.
Extend Your Stay
The discounted room rate is available for several days before and after the seminar depending on availability. Consider extending your stay and take advantage of the beach and area attractions. Reserve your room early to take advantage of the discounted rate extension as the hotel is not obligated to provide room nights beyond those contained in the room block. To add extended nights, reserve your room first, then email reservations@opalsands.com. Include your confirmation number and the dates you would like added to your reservation, and the hotel will check availability.
Transportation & Parking
Once you get to the hotel, everything is in close walking distance. The venue is convenient to the services of Tampa International Airport/TPA (20 miles) and St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport/PIE (13 miles). Ground transportation from all airports is available via limousine, shuttle van, taxi, ridesharing companies, sedan service and car rental.
Opal Sands Resort is valet only for a nightly fee of $20 (normally $40) plus tax per vehicle.
