Cancellation and Refunds

Take a moment to review the Cancellation and Refunds terms and conditions for this event.

To receive a refund of your registration fees, written notice of cancellation must be received no later than October 28, 2026; a 50% cancellation fee will be assessed. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. The agency can send a substitute attendee if the original registrant can’t attend. No exceptions will be made.
