The app and website are only accessible by individuals who registered through Cvent for the Annual Meeting.

Annual Meeting Website

You may access conference information by visiting our attendee website. The attendee website can be utilized on both your phone and computer. The first time you access the event, you will be asked for the name and email address you used to register for the conference.  You will then be sent a verification code. 

Annual Meeting App

To download the Cvent app, visit the app store on your Iphones/Ipads or Google play on an Android device.  This should be done on the device you will bring with you to the conference. 

Once you download the app or Google play, open the app and enter the event name (90th Annual Meeting of the National Wildlife Federation) in the search bar. 

Download the event.  The first time you access the event, you will be asked for the name and email address you used to register for the conference.  You will then be sent a verification code. 

Once you have downloaded the app or visited the website, you can: 

Build your personal conference schedule by hitting the + button next to a session.  The schedule provides descriptions, locations, and speakers for each session throughout the conference.  The app will be your go-to resource to know exactly when to be where! 

Update your profile. Under the profile section of the app, you can add a photo and update your organization and title if need be.  To ensure other attendees can see your profile, set your visibility to "visible."  

As the largest and oldest gathering of grassroots conservation leaders in the nation, the 90th Annual Meeting of the National Wildlife Federation, being held in Providence, Rhode Island, June 14-17, will bring together the NWF Board of Directors, NWF Staff, and delegates from each of National Wildlife Federation’s 52 state and territorial affiliates. 

Over the course of the four days, the convening will consist of daily plenary sessions, engaging learning sessions, ample networking opportunities, exciting and fun field trips, an evening reception and awards dinner, and more!
