Seniors Housing Business and the InterFace Conference Group will host the InterFace Active Adult conference on April 30 at the Renaissance Plano Legacy West.
This sixth annual event is the industry’s only conference devoted entirely to the active adult/55+ niche.
The 55+ cohort continues to be the largest and fastest-growing segment in today’s renter landscape, and will remain so for the next two decades. And this is the event where you learn how build and operate the kinds of properties prospective residents want to live in!
This exciting, one-and-a-half day conference, will bring together the leading players in the active adult space, including owners, operators, investors, developers and lenders.
Also expected to be in attendance: investors and developers from the conventional multifamily, student housing and healthcare/MOB industries who are interested in learning more about the active adult segment.
The event will combine high-level education and market information along with plenty of opportunities for networking.
In addition to the full day of panel sessions and networking scheduled for April 30, the event will include roundtables, a panel session and networking reception on April 29th from 3:45 PM - 7:00 PM.
We look forward to seeing you April 29-30 for InterFace Active Adult in Dallas.
