What is the conference date?
The main conference day is Tuesday, 17 November.
The Partner Summit will be hosted on Monday, 16 November.
Where is the conference taking place?
Appian Europe 2026 will be taking place at Tobacco Dock.
What does it cost to attend?*

- Early Bird: £595 (launch - 15 Sept)
- Standard: £795 (16 Sept - 31 Oct)
- Last Minute: £895 (1 Nov - Onsite)
*Public Sector Prospects and Customers are free to attend. A valid Public Sector email domain is required when registering. If your registration is not being comped, please email our team to assist.
Please note: we do allow onsite registrations for Appian Europe, but we highly recommend you register prior to arriving onsite.
I am a government employee, how do I receive the complimentary registration pass?
The registration fee is automatically waived for attendees with a valid government email domain.* Discount will be applied at checkout.

What is the cancellation policy for Appian Europe 2026?
All cancellations must be received in writing to AppianEurope@Appian.com - please see below for refund details.
- 100% refund by 18 Sept
- 50% refund by 31 Oct
- No refund after 1 Nov
I have completed my registration and want to make a change. What should I do?
You are able to log into the registration site and edit your registration at any time.
Click below on the Already Registered link to access your registration. You can sign into your account by entering in the email used to complete your registration. Once you have signed into your account, you will have access to change any of the information you have previously completed.
Note: All registrations are subject to approval and Appian, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to deny or cancel any registration for any reason. Cancelled registrations will have their event registration fee refunded. No refunds will be made for travel, room, or any other direct or indirect expenses.
Will meals be provided at the conference?
Breakfast, lunch, and light breaks will be served starting at 8:30 a.m. There will be light canapes at the Conference Reception.
Please indicate all special meal requests when registering for the conference.
Can I bring a guest?
Anyone attending Appian Europe must be registered for the conference. All registration fees will apply.
What is the conference dress code?
At Appian Europe we recommend smart casual attire.
I am no longer able to attend the event. How do I transfer my registration?
If you register for Appian Europe 2026 and are unable to attend, you may substitute a colleague at any time. Please give notice & the name, title, & email address of who will be taking your registration to AppianEurope@Appian.com.

The nearest tube station to Convene Sancroft is Wapping, which is a 6 minute walk away.
What airport is closest to Tobacco Dock?
The nearest airport to the venue is London City (LCY) Airport which is 7.6 miles away. Other nearby airports include London Heathrow (LHR) (14.3 miles) & London Stansted (STN) (24.3 miles).
