From Anxiety to Confidence: Supportive Parenting for Anxious Children is an on-demand, online parenting course brought to you by the Stanford Parenting Center and the Stanford Center for Health Education. This program offers practical strategies to help your child manage anxiety with growing confidence and independence. Grounded in the evidence-based Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) program, this course empowers parents to reduce stress at home while supporting their child’s emotional growth.
By enrolling in this course, you will gain access to approximately three hours of learning content through our online platform until July 31, 2026. The course contains four self-paced instructional modules, including videos, reflection exercises, and other resources that will support your learning journey.
This course is recommended for caregivers of children ages 6-17 years old.
