Survey 2 Summit 2026

We are excited to announce our Survey 2 Summit on October 13-15, 2026 at The Cambria Hotel in Madeira Beach, FL.     

We encourage districts to join us as we will review data, submit data and send batches together for Survey 2.     

The agenda is as follows:   

Tuesday, October 13-  Pull edit reports back from DOE, identify common threads in errors if any; correct data; request O files; request validations; resend any initial files that fail by 3PM.     

Wednesday, October 14-  Review validations for common threads if any, run magic batch on all formats and submit edit/validation changes; submit files to DOE for processing by 3PM; Pull batch reports back after 5PM.    

Thursday, October 15- Review validations; ensure district comfort level for continuing the process from district locations; submit files to DOE for processing by 3PM.     

The cost to attend this event is $99.00 and will include breakfast, lunch, and a snack daily.
