All bulk registrations of 4 or more must be invoiced separately via SWE by contacting welocal@swe.org. 

Faculty Attendance: For every four (4) paying students registered for the conference, SWE will provide a discount code to waive the registration cost for one (1) faculty member to join the students.

Registration includes:​

- Two full days of conference admission, including keynotes, sessions, special events and workshops

- Access to the Career Fair on Day 2

- Coffee / Tea and light lunch provided on both days

- Membership for upcoming fiscal year

WE Local Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via email to welocal@swe.org no later than 30 days prior to conference.

No refunds will be made 30 days prior to the conference. Review WE Local terms and conditions.
