CONSENT & RELEASE

Photography, Recording Consent & Release

The event that you are registering for will be recorded by means including photography, audio and/or film recording. Portions of the program that will be recorded include, but are not limited to, the general group session(s), attendees engaging with: one another, event amenities, speakers, demonstrations, vendors, and testimonials. 

By registering* for this event you affirm that you are over 18 years of age and you consent:

a) to be recorded during this event by means of photography, audio, film recording and/or otherwise; and

b) to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance (including your recognizable face), voice, name, and professional credentials for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with Cynosure, LLC, its affiliates, successors and assigns (“Cynosure”) and in connection with any Cynosure initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, in advertising, in news, in print, broadcast, and other forms of media.

By registering for this event, you:

a) waive the right to inspect or approve finished materials that are the product of what is recorded at this event;

b) waive any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement;

c) grant Cynosure all right, title, and interest in such recordings, these granted rights including the right to give, sell, transfer, and exhibit the recordings or facsimiles thereof, for any purposes it deems fit; and

d) waive the right to receive any payment: for signing this release, for the grants provided herein, and for Cynosure’s use of any of the material described above for any of the purposes authorized by this release.

Event Related Social Media Consent

By registering* to attend this event you agree that Cynosure has your consent to use (including to repost and share) any social media posts that you make related to and/or during the event that tags @cynosurelasers, @aestheticsbycynosure, and/or that uses any hashtag suggested for use at the event.

You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording and use thereof and the use of any Social Media posts that you make will be done in reliance on this waiver, grant, affirmation, and consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not register for the event.
