The Targeting Program & Key Rental Assistance training will focus on program requirements. Topics include Vacancy & Referral, processing applications, eligibility requirements and documentation needed for applicant/tenant files prior to move in. Guidance as it relates to compliance, recertifications, income changes, Special Claims, Hold Fees, and move outs.
