Lodging & Transportation - TXDPA - 2027 Skin Symposium Conference. Online registration by Cvent

TXDPA has negotiated a group room rental rate from $234 per room, per night, plus resort fee and applicable taxes.

Reservations are subject to conference room block terms and conditions.

Cancellations made after March 31st, 2027, will result in the forfeiture of the entire stay plus applicable fees and taxes.

Attendees MUST be registered for the conference in order to reserve lodging. Any hotel reservations made without a corresponding conference registration will be automatically canceled.

The room block will be opened for reservations approximately 6 months prior to the beginning of the conference.

Previously registered attendees will be notified via email when the block is opened. Hotel rooms are limited to one room per registered persons. Call-in reservations are not accepted.

The hotel room block extends only April 14th - 17th, 2027. Shoulder nights may be reserved directly with the hotel at rack rates.

Air Transportation via George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH): If traveling by air, the George Bush Intercontinental Airport is the most convenient local option for both arrival and departure. Additional information can be found on their website: https://fly2houston.com/iah/

Ground Transportation: The Woodlands Resort is located approximately 30 minutes from the George Bush Intercontinental Airport. Rideshare and car rental options are readily available.

Conference Host Hotel & Lodging Details: The Skin Symposium has secured a block of rooms at The Woodlands Resort at the special group rate from $234 plus tax & resort fee, per room, per night. Once the room block becomes available, the link will be emailed to attendees who are already registered.

Conference Organizers assume no responsibility beyond securing reduced rates on behalf of the Skin Symposium Conference attendees.

The cut-off date is March 17th, 2027, or once the block reaches capacity, whichever occurs first.

Parking: TXDPA secured the following rates on parking at The Woodlands Resort:

Daily Self-Parking: Complimentary for conference attendees

Valet-Parking: Available at $23 for day guests, and $36 for overnight guests
