Leadership Accelerator takes place immediately following SUMMIT and is offered as an optional add-on to your registration. WIM Education Foundation programs are open to anyone looking to enhance their skills, advance their career, and strengthen the manufacturing sector.

Build a practical framework for leading organizational change with confidence. This interactive workshop introduces proven change management strategies to guide teams through change and drive successful outcomes.

Put leadership skills to the test in a dynamic, team-based simulation. Working through realistic scenarios, participants navigate uncertainty, make high-stakes decisions, and collaborate under pressure while strengthening strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
3:15 – 4:15 p.m. | Executive Presence Workshop
Explore the communication and leadership behaviors that inspire confidence and influence. Through interactive activities and guided discussion, participants learn practical techniques for strengthening executive presence, building credibility, and leading with greater impact.
4:15 – 5:00 p.m. | 90-Day Plan Design Sprint
Turn insights into action during a collaborative working session focused on the next 90 days. Participants develop a personalized leadership action plan, receive peer feedback, and leave with clear priorities, success measures, and communication strategies to support their goals.
5:00 – 6:30 p.m. | Networking Reception
Continue the conversation with fellow participants during an exclusive networking reception. Exchange ideas, strengthen new connections, and build relationships with a community of manufacturing leaders committed to growing together.
