TxA’s Tour Transportation Policy: All attendees are required to ride the buses provided by TxA and prohibited from finding their own transportation to any tour site. Attendees must arrive at the Tour Desk area to line up with their tour group at least 15 minutes prior to the tour departure time.

TxA’S TOUR TRANSPORTATION POLICY

TxA’S WAITLIST POLICY
TxA offers waitlists for all sold-out tours. Pre-conference, online tour registration waitlists will no longer be valid after October 9, 2026. To join a tour waitlist onsite (available only October 15–17, 2026), you must add your name to the waitlist in the Tour Desk area. This also applies to all persons who added themselves to a waitlist during online registration. Waitlists will close 15 minutes prior to the tour departure time.  To claim an open seat on a sold-out tour onsite, you must be present at the Tour Desk area at least 15 minutes prior to departure time, staff will call out names from the waitlist after checking all registered attendees. We will not contact you for an open spot onsite.
