The tour of the Tower Life Building will explore how a 1920s Gothic Revival high-rise in downtown San Antonio is being adapted for contemporary residential use. Attendees will examine strategies for integrating mixed-income housing within a historic structure, including floor plan reconfiguration, access to natural light, and shared amenity spaces. The tour will also address structural upgrades, construction logistics in a dense urban setting near the San Antonio River Walk, and approaches to preserving architectural character while supporting long-term community vitality.
