Explore Trinity University’s new Business and Humanities District showcasing Dicke Hall and its relationship to adjacent STEM and library programs. Designed by Lake|Flato Architects and built by Turner Construction, the district unifies adapted mid-century modern structures by O’Neil Ford with a new mass timber building organized around a central courtyard and historic live oak grove. Attendees will view the exposed timber structure, learning how material choice supports context, sustainability, and campus identity. The tour highlights construction sequencing, fabrication coordination, and the benefits of mass timber, including efficiency, precision, and speed of assembly, through direct engagement with project teams.
