Participants will tour UTSA San Pedro 1 and San Pedro 2, two recently completed buildings anchoring the university’s downtown expansion, supporting programs in AI, cybersecurity, robotics, and data science. The tour will highlight how the buildings and site integrate with the restored San Pedro Creek Greenway creating a connected urban campus environment.

Attendees will observe sustainable site design, landscape strategies, and building systems contributing to environmental performance, stormwater management, and urban heat island reduction. The tour will also examine LEED BD+C strategies, multidisciplinary coordination, and design decisions that enhance pedestrian safety, accessibility, and long-term campus resilience within the urban context.
