  • The Virtual Attendee Hub (VAH) is the main way to attend sessions, participate in live Q&A and chat, visit virtual exhibitor booths, update your profile, speed network, and connect with other attendees on April 5th.

  • Please familiarize yourself with the VAH prior to the event date.
  • Click on the green 'Virtual Attendee Hub' button above to access your personal VAH website
  • Registered attendees will receive an email with this same information and link.
  • FUN: We will be providing gift card prizes for the attendees with the top five highest scores in the MAIC Challenge Game, and one additional random winner! Log into the VAH to find out more.

MOBILE APP

  • View MA Adult Immunization Conference infomration on-the-go, look up exhibitors and speakers with our supplemental mobile conference app!
  • Visit the App Store or Google Play Store - and download the Cvent Events App
    • Open the Cvent Events app and search for: 27th Annual Massachusetts Adult Immunization Conference
    • Click the download arrow
    • View the conference app!
    • You will be required to login (using the same registration info/email) to play the MAIC Challenge game, and view your schedule
