There are several modules for new hires to complete in the orientation. We estimate it will take 2.5 hours to complete all the modules.

Employees are able to complete modules whenever works best for their schedules as long as they are completed within 30 days of their start date. Percipio allows the employee to save their progress and leave and come back.

Details for the separate online benefits orientation are also available for new hires in the Percipio course and could take an additional hour to complete.
