Guidelines for Posters

This meeting provides an excellent opportunity to connect with colleagues across various disciplines and potentially initiate new collaborations. Posters serve as tools to share information and engage with a broad audience. Each primary PI or their alternative participant (i.e., the overall PI of the project) should ensure that at least one poster is submitted for their project representing all areas of the project. Additional attendees from the project team are strongly encouraged to submit posters, provided the total number of posters for a given project does not exceed the total number of its attendees.

  1. Each poster can be up to 4’x4’ in size.
  2. You are responsible for printing and bringing your poster to the meeting.
  3. Content should be accessible to participants with diverse backgrounds.
  4. Including a QR code linking to your poster PDF or related paper(s) is recommended.

Submit your poster abstract by Monday, July 13, 2026 by clicking the “Submit Poster Abstract” button below. Ensure you press the “Submit” button at the bottom of the form.
