SUMMARY
"Compassion for Others begins with Kindness to Ourselves" - Pema Chodron
Join the Early Intervention Training Program in a monthly live, informal online discussion group to explore mindfulness and support each other's self-care practices.
Held on the 4th Thursday of every month from 2-3 pm in addition to our monthly Self-Care Cafe Check-ins held on the second Monday of every month, this session takes a deeper dive into one of the self-care dimensions.
You are welcome to join us in as many Monday and/or Thursday monthly sessions as your schedule allows.
Each session begins with a short breath awareness and/or meditation activity followed by a self-care assessment. Focusing on a specific self-care dimension, we will engage in reflection and self-care practices, share practical information and actionable strategies, as we set our own personal self-care goals.
