Family Design Resources, Inc. (FDR) is seeking qualified individuals interested in becoming facilitators for the Practice Self-Regulation ™ (PS-R™) model, a trauma-informed adolescent sexual health curriculum for at-risk youth, including youth in out-of-home care. PS-R™ Facilitator Qualifications and Requirements Qualifications: ◾Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, or related field ◾Minimum two years direct service working with children and families in child welfare ◾Comfortable talking about and presenting on human sexuality ◾Completed Pennsylvania's mandated reporter of child abuse training Requirements: ◾Attend and successfully complete the entire three-day PS-R™ facilitator training ◾Willing to be evaluated on occasion while providing program facilitation ◾Fulfill all requirements of PS-R™ facilitator, including follow up with facilitator training leader as needed and submission of requested paperwork and outcomes surveys Fees: $500 per person (includes $250 starter kit) Upon completion, attendees will be certified facilitators in the PS-R™ curriculum and able to use the curriculum with youth they work with. Note: Facilitators must complete a re-certification program every three years to maintain certification.
