We are thrilled to invite you to join us for Rockwell Automation Fair 2026 in Boston, from Monday, November 16 - Thursday, November 19, 2026.
When you register for a Border States Event Package, you'll receive benefits including:
- Hotel accommodations: We'll make your reservations on your behalf at the Courtyard by Marriott Boston Downtown.
- Time with Border States Product Managers, Account Managers and leadership at the Expo, Welcome Social on Tuesday evening, November 17, and an evening of food, activities and fun at Fenway Park on Wednesday, November 18.
- Initial Automation Fair 2026 registration will be started by the Border States Events team, prompting a confirmation email directing you to your registration record to begin signing up for sessions.
- Early bird pricing for Automation Fair when you sign up for a Border States Event Package, regardless of when you register!

August | Rockwell Automation Fair registration opens
Once registration opens, Border States Events will initiate your registration for the conference. You will receive email confirmation from the Automation Fair with guidance to begin registering for sessions.
November 16–19 | Automation Fair
Tap into a wealth of industry knowledge with registration and entrance to the Automation Fair. Sessions begin at 8 a.m. CT on Monday, November 16.
Hotel Reservations
Sleep well at the Courtyard by Marriott Boston Downtown, a historic hotel in Boston’s Theater District, blending restored 1920s architecture with modern amenities and easy access to Boston Common, major theaters, and downtown attractions.
Hotel reservations will be made on your behalf, and a confirmation number will be sent from events@borderstates.com closer to the start of the event.
November 17 | Border States Welcome Reception
Connect and network with the Border States team at the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown in the Washington Ballroom from 4:30 -7 p.m.
November 18 | Border States Hospitality Event
Join us at Fenway Park for an evening of fun, food and activities from 6 - 10 p.m. Transportation will be provided by Border States.
