ADG Wedding Show's Code of Conduct

We believe that customers seek out vendors and industry professionals in whom they can place their trust.  It is our priority that our exhibitors demonstrate the highest values and principles in the course of their work as an event professional. We at the ADG Wedding Show enthusiastically celebrate all couples and practice inclusivity at all of our events. All couples are welcome to the ADG Wedding Show’s services and events.

We expect all participating business at the ADG Wedding Show to remain professional and kind to attendees and fellow exhibitors. It is with these beliefs in mind that we establish a Code of Conduct. We encourage fair and professional business practices and expect exhibitors to adhere to the following:

  1. I know my clients rely on my knowledge, experience and recommendations. I pledge not to betray the trust my clients place in me.
  2.  I will accurately represent my qualifications and expertise in all communications.
  3. I will act and speak professionally so as to not offend or bring discredit to the weddings services profession, client or to the public, based on race, creed, color, sex, age, physical disability or country of origin.
  4. I will be committed to understanding my customer's needs.
  5. I will treat other wedding professionals with courtesy and dignity.
  6. I will provide services in those areas in which I am qualified to serve. When unable or unqualified to fulfill requests for services, I will make every effort to recommend the services of a qualified the ADG Wedding Show exhibitor.
  7. I will make reasonable effort to cooperate with colleagues and all event partners to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
  8. I will not advertise, market, or promote in a false or inaccurate manner.
  9. I will conduct business at The Wedding Show in a professional manner at all times while working or representing your company at the ADG Wedding Show.
