Please read the Registration Letter and Brochure prior to registration to be familiar with the program, requirements and terms.
If you are a single, couple, or 2 people sharing using 1 address and paying together, please complete just 1 registration. If you are sharing a room AND have separate address details, each person should register separately. (There is a place to note your roommate.) Have your information handy (such as each traveler's legal first/middle/last name, birthdate and emergency contact name and phone.) Your registered name(s) MUST be your legal name the same as it appears on your passport. If you have a valid passport, have your number and expiration ready to enter. If you are getting a new passport or are renewing, you won't need to provide the info now, but must by December 4, 2026 (90 days prior). Late information could result in additional fees and/or inconveniences, as well as jeopardizing participation on the tour.
You'll be able to pay your $800 per person deposit with credit card (plus a 4.0% nonrefundable processing fee) when you register, or indicate that you will mail a check. Deposit must be received within 14 days of registration.
Upon submitting your registration, you'll receive a confirmation email.
Upon receipt of your deposit (credit card charge, cash or check), an accounting statement and insurance quote (if requested) will be emailed to you. Insurance quotes can only be sent after receipt of 1st deposit.
When you’re ready to register, simply click on the Register Now button below. (If during registration you step away before finishing, you might be "timed out." Go to the registration link again and based on your browser, your information might still be there. (Otherwise, you'll need to start over.)
