By submitting a vendor application and payment to Joy Fest 2026, each vendor agrees to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions linked below. These terms apply to all vendor categories and are non-negotiable. Please read carefully before submitting your application.

* By checking this box, I confirm that: All information provided in this application is accurate and complete. • I understand that vendor fees are non-refundable once processed. • I have read and agree to the terms and conditions linked above. • I will provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) by July 15, 2026. • I agree to comply with all Joy Fest rules, setup/breakdown schedules, and Spotsylvania County event regulations. • I hold harmless Kunta Kinte Celebrations Inc., Joy Fest, and the John J. Wright Educational & Cultural Center from any claims arising from my participation. • I am responsible for collecting and reporting all applicable Virginia sales and use taxes.
