Description: This four-part learning experience brings nurses together to explore how generational perspectives shape communication, collaboration, coaching, and resilience in today’s evolving healthcare environment. Through interactive discussions, reflective exercises, and practical skill-building, participants deepen their understanding of how personal identity and generational experiences influence workplace interactions — and how teams can leverage these differences as strengths.

Across the series, nurses examine their communication preferences and work styles, learn strategies to navigate conflict and build psychological safety, practice coaching approaches that strengthen independence and critical thinking, and explore how to stay grounded during organizational change. The course supports nurses at every career stage in showing up with confidence, clarity, and connection.
